Martin is amazing! He gave us time to look around and was helpful with any and all of our questions. Gave us great tips and tricks on the model cars we were looking at. He wanted to give us the best deal he could for the best car we could get, so after talking to his manager he sent us away with a promise to come back the next morning. His great advice and personality really made us feel comfortable about the pending purchase and we were excited to come back the next morning. We showed up the next morning and he was there to greet us and had the cars ready to test drive again. We made the call to not only get one but because of how he treated us (not pushy but informative and not letting us get too nervous about the big purchase) we ended up buying 2 cars from him!! Martin along with his support team around him were incredible. We also need to special shout out Danielle in finance, we had a tight timeline and she went out of her way to help us achieve that. My family and I came to the dealership to find me a Kia K5 GT-Line with All Wheel Drive and Anthony from the sales team was able to assist us exceptionally. He took into account what we needed in a car and explained all the features that come with different packages (sun roof, awd, etc). During the test drive, he took time to answer all my questions thoroughly and explained all the interior features such as the cruise control, safety controls, and sound system settings. He was very patient and communicative throughout the entire process which I appreciated. Overall, 5/5 service from him and the team at the dealership and I love the new car!!
