I had a great experience here with the swiftness in which my vehicle was taken care of and my customer service experience with Drew. Just upon me informing him of what was going on with my Malibu he was able to mentally prepare me for what was going on with my vehicle. Initially we thought my services would be covered under warranty but when I arrived to pick up my car the next day after waiting a while the mechanics informed us of an additional issue with my battery that was found during the test drive and required out of pocket payment. Thank God Drew told me that my battery was probably the issue when he conducted the initial scan of my car so I wasn’t too surprised. Despite the inconvenience of this, I was very well informed by Drew on my car. He was able to answer literally all of my questions and educate me which I’m so grateful for. 5 stars for him.  Will definitely be back when my car requires service.
