I recently purchased a used F-150 from Ourisman with the help of Mikkel Richardson. I wanted to share my experience for anyone looking to buy here.  You should ask for Mikkel!

I searched for a truck for 2 months, where I spoke with several different dealerships and sales people.  When I finally got to Mikkel, I had had several bad experiences elsewhere.  But the first time we spoke, he instantly became my favorite person to work with.  He took time to understand my needs, and he built trust with me in the process.

For example: I live in Florida, so I paid and signed for the vehicle ahead of time.  After the deal was done, I chose to fly into DC to pickup the vehicle.  I was so impressed when he offered to pick me up from any local airport to make things easier for me.

Overall, Mikkel Richardson made this a great buying experience.  I would highly recommend you ask for him if you want the same!
