I had landed in Washington DC to look at purchasing a vehicle in Virginia from a used car dealership that shall not be named, needless to say they did not get my money. But I am very happy that I went to Ourisman Ford and was able to purchase something that I love much more. Elijah was a phenomenal salesman, with no pressure tactics, and got me exactly what I wanted. It is very rare that I leave a dealership feeling good about the experience I had, but this time was excellent. I will definitely consult with them again in the future despite me living across the country.

What a wonderful Experience.  Will was very polite and helpful. The finance manager Simon amazing service made things happen for me. While waiting at the dealership staff that was around interacted to keep me company . Very helpful staff. I live 1.5 hour away from the dealership I went there for the price but was blown away with their service . This by far was the best experience ever. Will hands down is the best one there

Abraham was absolutely fantastic. I purchased from Georgia and this was my first time buying a vehicle online. He was quick to respond, answered my many questions, and was always polite. He even worked with me after hours to get the deal done. Couldn’t beat the price, and the service was just as good. Conveniently communicated through text and email as needed, unlike other dealerships who call at all hours of the day. Delivery happened within a day of finishing the paperwork.
