No back and forth or surprises when I showed up. They beat out quite a few other local dealers.

5 stars just isn't enough for the team at Ourisman Mazda of Laurel.  From my initial interaction throughout the entire purchase/trade process they were excellent.   They even offered to drive the car to me in Frederick for a test drive. Talk about convenience!  On the day of delivery for my new Mazda I was in and out in 20 minutes.  Yes, you heard that right...20 MINUTES!!  Their streamlined technology and online purchase process make buying/trading a car a breeze.  I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and their staff.  They were all so nice, respectful and went above and beyond.  I am definitely part of the Ourisman family now. Chris was awesome and got me the best possible price including great offers; while Brandon was generous with helping me get the best interest rate. Everything worked out how I wanted to in short amount of time. Chris even offered to deliver the car to my door the next day because I could not get someone to come with during purchasing day.

Muzammil Mohammed was fantastic at getting us the car we wanted, with the features and color that we desired, at a reasonable price.  It was a smooth, effortless transaction, and Brandon from Finance is a keeper!  I hope Ourisman Mazda knows just how valuable you both are, to their business.  The only thing I think could be improved, is the wait time.  We were there for 6 hours, but had a car picked out in 1.  Unfortunately this is something I've experienced at every dealer I've purchased a vehicle, and so it was similar at Honda and Toyota as well.  I hope that some changes can be made to this system in the future.
