I had some hesitation on some of the numbers but the team worked with me and I was able to secure the vehicle I really wanted.

Nate and the people at Oxmoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram were amazing!
The day started off terribly because the car that I wanted to buy had been purchased hours prior to my arrival. However, they didn't give up and we searched for cars that would fit my price range and needs and we eventually found one! Everyone on the staff was super nice and making sure that I was well taken care of at all times. I eventually got a deal where I traded my car as is and bought and 2019 corolla as is, and I love it!
Nate and his team were going back and forth trying to make the numbers that I needed and they needed work for everyone. They were (for the most part) straight shooters and didn't waste any of my time because they knew that it didn't do anyone any good.
Now, the reason it is not five stars is that I have NEVER heard of a car dealership that can't do anything about the purchase price of the vehicle. It is inherently suspect. I was told that they had "put too much into the vehicle" to come off the price of the vehicle even a penny. This (from my experience and those close to me) is weird and unheard of. Due to the nature of the as-in trade in maybe that is a requirement that the purchase price does not change? I am not sure. At the end of the day though they wanted to make sure I got a deal that was going to work for me and it was important that they get the car sold. Even with some issues with my previous car I received an offer that was well above KBB value and was able to get payments on my new car that were within my price range. I have friends and my wife who are going to be needing cars within a couple of years and will be bringing them to see Nate!
