I was dreading the car buying process, and had already visited a few dealerships that hadn’t made me feel comfortable about purchasing with them, but I knew it had to be done! I already knew what car I was looking for and when searching I came across THE CAR at Park Place Lexus. I stopped by as I was heading home from work and asked the young lady at the front desk if she could get someone to help me. Paul Kim came walking to the front and assisted me with showing me the car I was interested in. When we got ready to go for a test drive the lights had been left on and the battery was drained. He got someone out there quick to jump it. We did a test a drive and he answered all of my questions. He didn’t pressure me into a decision, he was so kind and very patient with me. This car was for my teenage daughter and he listened to my every concern and parent woes about making the right decision. Paul himself went and purchased a new battery for this car, and that as a mother spoke measures of how important safety, reliability and security was for my child. I’m thankful for his hospitality and friendliness. This was by far the smoothest transaction and to top it off he let me borrow the Lexus bow to place on the car when we surprised her that evening.
