What a fantastic experience! In all my life of buying and selling cars, never have I ever had a better experience anywhere than I did at Park Place Fort Worth!! Our Sales Experience Manager Mercedes Lopez was amazing throughout the whole process. We had great interactions with Joe Sandoval who was very attentive. Ernesto Rodriguez in Service kept us up to date on the progress for some items we were having done as well. World class service and I wasn’t even purchasing a Mercedes.
