It’s been 6 years, but I just realized I never left a review for Parker Ford. I bought a used Camaro from them. That experience was perfectly fine. It’s what happened after that made me want to come back and give them a 50000/5 star review. I wish I could remember the name of the salesman because he was lovely, but the team as a whole went above and beyond for my family. I was 20 years old and bought my dream car at Parker Ford. They could have easily tried to take advantage of me but didn’t. I got a very fair price for that car. A few months after I bought it, I lost my dad suddenly. A week after I lost my dad, the car started acting up, which felt like salt in the wound because I suddenly didn’t have a dad to call for help. I sent the salesman a text. I was honest with him that I’d just lost my dad and didn’t know what else to do. He told me to bring in the car and he’d take care of the rest and he did. We brought in my car and my mom’s ford focus was acting up as well (purchased from a different dealership). They gave us loaner cars to use while ours were in the shop and fixed up our cars at no extra cost. They really take being a member of this beautiful community seriously. It’s been six years and their kindness still brings me to tears. I pray nothing but blessings over this business. This review is long overdue, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness.
