Both Michael and Darryl were very professional prior to coming down from Chicago and FaceTime me with car. Reviewd the Carfax and made the process very easy while I was there. They let me take a test drive and had the car looked at, then we came back. I decided to purchase the car and I was in and out within probably 20 minutes to half an hour.
