I bought my car here a little over a year ago. I got a great price and salesmanship then, but now that their new service center is open I get great service and maintenance close to where I live. Service advisor Alexandra wonderfully facilitated my oil change appointment today, showed me some of the new facilities, and was even able to help me out with an issue I had been experiencing with my key. I just had my car serviced at the Mazda center, and I had to share how great it was. Honestly, their customer service is next level—they made the whole experience totally painless.
First off, they were so fast. I was expecting to be stuck there forever, but they got the job done way quicker than I thought. They definitely respect your time.
More importantly, they were incredibly accommodating. I had a few specific requests, and they totally bent over backward to cater to my needs. They listened to what I needed and made sure I was taken care of without any hassle.
