My introduction was very friendly.  I was informed that my appointment was a 'drop off'....meaning they did not know I was going to wait forthe service to be done.....but,...when the service guy found out I was waiting  he said he would work it out, and get my vehicle done as soon as possible.  HE DID....and it was great.....a new development, being a long term  client, I now know to inform the person taking the appointment  that I am a waiting client...I  like the way Perry Motors  works with the  clientele.
