Phil Waterford Ford and his son Brandyn really went above and beyond for me. I stopped in on my way to work hoping to look at buying something used that was more dependable than the car I was driving- 2017 Escape. I loved the car but I didn’t trust it anymore due to ongoing mechanical issues. I had to go to work so I figured I’d come back later to figure things out. I have been in the car market for quite awhile. Not knowing exactly what I wanted I did extensive shopping. I ultimately arrived at getting an all electric Mustang Mach E. I was concerned with charging at my home and had quite the list of questions. I am more than pleased to say every single question I had was answered. I bought my car around 6 weeks ago and had a few follow up questions on my car and my sales person STILL helps me out when I have some questions since I'm not normally technologically inclined.
