It was a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Dan Williams at Pinegar Chevrolet. I was not pressured to buy.  I was given the time I needed to make my decision.  I was treated with respect.  Dan had good knowledge of the inventory on the lot and that would meet my list of requirements.  Derek was extremely helpful with finding the best rates for financing.  Overall,  very pleased and would come back to purchase another vehicle from Dan and Pinegar.

We originally purchased a 2022 Malibu from Pinegar back in December. Great experience working with Grant.

Three months later, we found out our AC wasn't working properly, so we took it in for review. Unfortunately, they found additional damage to our front bumper, meaning someone hit our car. We made a claim with our insurance, who then recommended we make an appointment with one of their preferred body shops. When the shop took our bumper cover off, we discovered even more damage inside the vehicle, indicating the vehicle had been in a front end collision prior to Pinegar getting the car on their lot, and wasn't reported.

We were able to drive the car back to Pinegar, who began working alongside us to find a solution. In the end, we decided to trade the Malibu in for another pre-owned vehicle. Grant and the Pinegar team didn't just give us a good deal for trade-in; they offered $2,000 above the sales price of the car, which helped in our financing for the new car, a 2022 Equinox. We are so thankful Pinegar went above and beyond our expectations; they are one of the few businesses left with true integrity in their work, and they will be our preferred dealership for a long time.

This was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. The salesman, Donald Berry was great. Sent us off on a test drive, had all information for the vehicle readily available for us to review, friendly, not pushy, and quickly and efficiently processed the sale. The finance department was equally quick and efficient, and I believe we were completely finished with the sale and on the way home in less than two hours. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman. As a note, I am one of the most impatient humans on the planet so quick and efficient are the things that receive my highest praise. I was very happy with the vehicle too.

My wife and I had to get two new (to us) vehicles.  Derek Johnson was very helpful, kind, honest,fun and great to work with.  Nick (sorry forgot last name.) Was also very helpful and kind.  Brian in the finance department was patient and helpful.  Very knowledgeable.  I will recommend anyone to come here and work with these great people if they are looking to change vehicles.
