My son and I had a great experience at Planet Ford. We started at Tomball Ford, but we felt very pushed around, and Tomballs employees were like attack dogs. They were extremely aggressive, and I had to ask for my keys back 3x before I had to get stern with them when I politely asked for my keys a 4th time. Tomball Ford was also running a promotion that lewered us in the door only for it to be an absolute bait and switch tactic. When we showed up at Planet, we were on edge, but they quickly put us at ease. We were shown over a dozen trucks, and test drove 3 of them before my son decided on the truck that was going to best suit him and his needs. Planet Ford delivered from the very beginning to the final handshake when we left the finance office. Planet made it easy for us, and we will most definitely be back. No haggle or rip-offs were had. We got a good, fair, and honest deal, and that's all we could have asked for. Thank you.
