We bought a 2012 Dodge Ram Diesel from Danny and John at the beginning of November. Not even 24 hours after our purchase the turbo went out. Danny and John went above and beyond to get the part replaced, and get the truck running right before returning it. Not only did they hold off on the pay off to our old truck to make sure that the new one could be taken care of, but they then expedited the process to ensure that the old truck was paid off before our payment date, and even offered to make the payment if we missed the date and had to make the payment. This is our second truck that we have purchased from Platinum, and we would purchase another one from them when the time comes. They made the buying process quick, easy and painless and took care of us even once the sale was complete with proper communication and care.

Awesome experience and I bought a great truck! Very happy with transaction. I was looking for a very specific truck. I bought over the phone from a long distance away. Danny and John were both very straight and described the truck perfectly. They did some extra detailing after the deal was closed and shipped it to my doorstop. The  truck is exactly as I expected. I took it to my mechanic for a complete check over and they could not find anything wrong with it either. I made my first haul with the truck and it performed flawlessly. Extremely happy. I understand when buying a used vehicle there is typically some necessary repairs, on this one there are none. They sold me a very hard to find specific truck at what I consider a very good price.
