I’ve bought 3 911s here since 2007 (Reeves era). I just left with my 911 after a great 40K mile service (Porsche Tampa now) plus a few other warranty repairs & new front tires. The sales & service have always been top notch and I’m been fortunate to get Porsches as loaners when necessary.  My longtime Service Adviser (Matt) has been promoted to Manager & that's great! With the new ownership, I’ve had several Service Advisers (Greg, Krista) and they’ve been very competent.  With the success of Porsche & the new ownership, I suspect a new building is likely in the works and that should only make the buying & service experience much better.  The one change I would recommend is the calling system when Advisers are calling a customer. You hear a recorded message that an adviser will be on the line shortly.  But the cell phone caller ID identifies who is calling, I still end up saying hello Greg or… and have to stop as I’m now waiting for recorded message to stop & for the adviser to actually come on the phone.  I’m sure management will change this to improve the customer experience.
