My task was simple. My mission was clear. To find a new SUV on my terms with the price and features I wanted. I could care less if it took a week or six months of emailing dealerships.  I refused to pay dealerships so-called “dealer set MSRP”. Furthermore, I refused to speak to a single salesperson over the phone. As I stated in a previous review, email was the only route I was taking. I know how challenging this may seem. However, I had enough of dealing with sneaky salespeople attempting to place you in the vehicle they want - not the one you desire. I wanted everything strictly by email. After emailing 15 dealerships nationwide, I settled on Grubbs Acura of Tulsa. Through a miracle, I received an email from Eric Battle (Sales Director). I was straight to the point with what I required from my new SUV. The wheels had to have a certain look, the interior outfitted with a two-toned look, and most importantly, the color had to be black. I explained to Mr. Battle that I was serious about purchasing. In addition, I mentioned that I’m not looking to waste my time with sneaky tactics - I had an out-the-door-quote within hours. The offer Mr. Battle made was by far one of the best offers I received for the exact vehicle I wanted. I appreciate Eric’s straightforward, no-nonsense attitude. Eric answered every question I had without any issues. No matter the time of day I emailed- his response was always prompt. A major shoutout to Wes Walker for providing the laidback video of my new SUV. I purchased my new Acura RDX A-Spec® Advance within a week. I highly recommend Grubbs Acura of Tulsa. Take advantage of their nationwide delivery service. Needless to say, this entire purchasing experience would have never happened without Mr. Eric Battle. Thank you for allowing me to purchase my vehicle through a no-hassle approach. Most importantly, thank you for allowing me to purchase my vehicle on my own terms.

The lady at the service department was excellent at taking care of her customers. But I had to wait for about 10-15 minutes before she could help me out because she is helping another customer at the time while there was another person just sitting by her right side who could at least help out to make things faster but he didn't seem to care. He seemed to be happy just sitting there.

So, my wife and I went here to deal with her Acura, which had a couple of warning lights come on suddenly. I won't bore anyone with the details, but it seemed pretty important to get it done quickly even though the car ran fine. So, I schedule online at Grubbs with Patricia (Trish was the preferred name I believe) and away we go! We show up, pull into the service line. A nice young man with a tablet comes by, gets some info, asks for the keys and my wife and I are out of there. About mid morning I get a text message with a link that provides me with all the necessary repair information, maintenance needs, suggested services etc. I am then able to pick what want done, remove what I don't, and get it done, all without phone conversations or emails back and forth. Very convenient! I only wanted the issue that caused the warning lights fixed because I do my own maintenance. It was a costly "repair" for the service so I sent a text to the consultant teasing her a little about the cost. She replied she was sorry but the estimated cost would be the price. Because it was an update to the cars computer, the dealership was the only option I had to get it done. They sent a text about 2 hours after that and said it was ready to pick up. My wife and I then went back to pick it up. To my shock and surprise, the cost of doing the update was cut in half from what was estimated! That never happens!  Really, first time in Mt life a dealership charged less than the said it would cost! Grubbs happens to be the only Acura dealership in town, so they could really take advantage of that. But they don't. So if you need Acura service I would highly recommend you go see them. If how I was treated is any indication of how they normally do business, you will be more than happy!
