Our salesman Wisdom was super nice.  Nice, clean showroom.  Great waiting room area with snacks, drinks & a comfy couch & TV if you have littles.  Everyone was really nice in the front & in finance.  We were not expecting about $1000 in extra fees (dock fee & the Post Oak Difference package), so just be aware they will add that on top of the price.  I didn’t like the negotiation (nobody does) but they were able to meet us at an acceptable compromise for both the trade vehicle & the new purchase vehicle, which left us happy in the end.  Overall it was a good experience.

Just got a 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE on Friday thanks to Reno Patrick my sales guy, and his managers AJ and Joe for approving of the deal (^-^) They gave me a great value for my trade-in and I am so happy with my new RAV4! Took off one star because the vehicle was considered “new” as it had no previous owners, but it did have 900 miles on it and since I purchased it on a rainy day I couldn’t see the scratches on the vehicle which probably came from whoever put 900 miles on it. Overall though I am still very happy with my purchase and I’ll probably just touch up the scratches ??
