I’ve driven Hyundai’s since I was in High School. They have been extremely reliable cars and I’ve never experienced any issues with them. Just recently we decided to invest in a Santa Fe - Calligraphy edition and Kevin Rodriguez was our sales rep. Kevin’s customer service was outstanding. The model we had our eyes on wasn’t ready and he went above and beyond to assure us that our car would be available within a week. In just three days our car was available. Kevin personally delivered the car to us and made sure to go through all the details of the car with us upon delivery. The entire time his customer service, attention to detail was impressive. He assured us on things and made the process enjoyable as you know buying a car takes time and tons of paperwork. Kevin was epitome of someone willing to go the extra mile to help others. I appreciate wholeheartedly all he did for us to get our dream car. After the car was delivered he followed up a week later to see how things were going.
