Great selection of vehicles. I suggest asking for Kendall, he has been extremely helpful. If you are interested in a vehicle, avoid working with Norman. Norman’s negotiation tactics are poor, often bringing up irrelevant information and talking in circles. He told me verbatim that the prices advertised online are fake and that you have to read the small fine print claiming pricing is “3rd party pricing”. In short, his negotiation strategy was all over the place often bringing up other vehicles that had nothing to do with the one we were buying. Norman got his manager involved early in the sale to close the deal. I’m fairly confident he couldn’t do it on his own accord with how the sale was going prior to. Kendall and Scott were very helpful and nice to work with. Overall I did have a good buying experience and would recommend the dealership.
