My first experience with Premier Auto was back in August when I needed a rental truck for my move. It was my first time ever renting a moving truck, and Jordan and his team made the process so easy and smooth. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His team member was very kind and friendly as well. The communication was great too.
Fast forward to September. My poor suv was toast and I knew I would need a car. I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle as I am in college and was trying to make it with my suv through graduation. I recently bought a vehicle from Premier and I have to say, it was the most cut to the chase, easiest car buying experience I have ever had.  I inquired about a vehicle online and received a response back within a half-hour.  I came in late in the day to test drive the vehicle and knew it was what I had been looking for.  I submitted my credit app and Jordan responded back same day with what my down payment/monthly payment would be.  There was no haggling and back and forth with the banks, it was simple and to the point.  I came back next day, signed the paperwork and was on my way.  Jordan even worked with the bank to lower my interest rate.  I spent a total of about an hour maybe hour and a half from start to finish. Great place to buy a car!
