I recently had a great experience at Prescott Brothers Ford Dealership in Rochelle! I was facing multiple issues with my car that had gone undetected by other mechanics, but the personnel at Rochelle Ford quickly identified and resolved the problems.

Chad, the Manager, went above and beyond by providing me with a loaner car and delivering top-notch professionalism and reassurance throughout the process. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, personable, and genuinely kind.

Prescott Ford is a rarity of Dealerships nowadays. They are truly honest, transparent, and Hassle free. With NO hidden fees or Mark ups like these other Greedy Dealerships. I can Honestly say have have never had a better experience before until now! The whole Team there is great but we had Rob Jasper as our salesman and was completely happy with his Professionalism and Hard work towards our 2023 Maverick order! He was great at answering questions we had and if there was something that he didn't know. He would follow up in a timely manner.
Also want to give a shout out to the GM Chad Young. Even though he was filling in for the Finance manager while they were on vacation. He knocked out paperwork in a timely fashion and even got us better rebate deals then we had. Once again with no Mark Ups, bogus fees, or tricks.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Stopped in here to check out a used Chevy Colorado for our son.  Professional staff and very nice.  They were not pushy and addressed all our concerns with the vehicle.  They were accommodating and very patient working on the paperwork.  And we bought the vehicle for a GREAT rate.  They also gave a veteran discount.  Would DEFINITELY recommend them.
