Pritchard's Lake was so helpful when my son's truck broke down in Clear Lake.  The service department was extremely helpful and understanding during this stressful time for me, as I live in Michigan.  Ultimately it came to the fact the truck was no longer salvageable, which was a sad moment, as this truck was a gift from my deceased father to my son.   I had to make the decision to "give up" on repairs and buy a new vehicle.

The service department put me in contact with salesman Blake.  Blake was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made our purchasing experience seamless and stress free. Blake was understanding and thorough as he worked with us. I hope I don't need a new vehicle for many years but if I do, I'm definitely coming came to Pritchard's and having Blake assist me.

I have been shopping and looking for a new vehcile for sometime, wanting to replace my 2015 Ford Escape.

He never had to pause too look anything up, and never said  "I don’t know, we can check that out or Look it up".. (like other salesmen I've dealt with said!).. He knows his product!
He showed me how to operate all the new Tech stuff that I was not familiar with. So refreshing!
He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions, concerns, and indecisiveness. He was never pushy,  he works with you at your pace and quick to respond.
