Mark and the staff were incredibly understanding and managed to fit me in right away. They not only saved my day but also did a fantastic job on my car. Had an absolutely outstanding experience today buying a car from Jenni. I had a feeling from the second I first talked with her on the phone I could trust her to be honest and expertly guide me through the car buying process. Meeting her and spending the afternoon buying my new S60 confirmed my confidence in her. It was the most comfortable I’ve ever felt buying a car and never doubted my decision for one second. Unfortunately I’m from out of town and won’t be able to visit Quantrell for my regular service but I would make the 3 hr drive to buy another car from Jenni in a heartbeat! Another great experience with Quantrell Auto Group.  I have purchased several Subaru's from them over the past few years.  Every time I have dealt with them the it's been great!  This is my first Volvo, but Jenni Pearson was incredible to work with.  She was returning my emails over the weekend within minutes.  I couldn't have asked for a better new car buying  experience than I had with Jenni, from sales to financing,  no pressure, they try to make everything simple and pleasant.  They have made me a Quantell customer for life!

We had a breakdown with our Volvo passing through Lexington and were fortunate to run into this dealership!  Our service manager, Dustin went above and beyond to make a quick diagnosis, prognosis, and get a plan together to repair our vehicle.  He salvaged an otherwise disastrous road trip!  We can't thank Dustin enough and highly recommend his service and this dealership!

Purchased my used Volvo wagon here years ago and have been using Quantrell to service and repair it ever since.  This weekend I picked up my car after some minor repairs and I just wanted to comment on the fine customer service I received: Dustin went the extra mile for me - helped me fix my key fob which has been bothering me for years- I made a little comment about it being a nuisance and he quickly was able to remedy it--very much appreciated!! Also- a deposit envelope that I had misplaced recently was laying on the floorboard- must have fallen under my seat- I was so surprised to see it- and the contents were untouched.  This demonstrated to me how trustworthy this shop is! I bet at least 5 people had been in my car and yet it was laying there waiting for me- that is amazing! Thank you!
