Wesley was phenomenal in assisting me with the purchase of my vehicle.  He want demanding or unwanting.  He made me feel like he genuinely cared about helping me with my purchase and if he couldn't he wouldn't force it.
I've had good and bad experiences at dealerships before but from the moment I stepped onto the concrete to when I walked out the door the service was exceptional.  Even the negotiating part was painless with the finance department.

Update 3/25: Had it looked at today. Sounds like it was a bolt that should have been replaced the last oil change done with them. They are now fixing it. Easy enough thing to overlook so I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 star for them standing behind their service especially for a small mistake. They are also doing my 30k maintenance for free. I feel like they went above and beyond. I also enjoy the workers here as all are friendly. That was something i even realized the last time I was here.

Update 3/23: there is supposed to be a resolution on Monday (3/25). I will update then when I know for sure if this is fixed.

I will never trust this dealership again with any service I have. Trusted them with something as simple as an oil change and they even messed that up. I went to change my oil today and found my oil plug bolt stripped and torqued on so tight that I'll have to take it to a professional.
