I visited Rapids Honda for a test drive and had a great experience. Bobby Turner was able to take care of my wife and I during the test drive and was able to accommodate us after as well, going so far as making a house call to provide more information on the vehicle and color options. Bobby was able to search for a vehicle that just hit the lot and get the key pulled. We returned the next morning and worked out the deal with Bobby Turner and purchased a new vehicle! Bobby was helpful, attentive, and easy going as well as respecting our decisions during the process. He was not pressuring at all which was nice when dealing with car purchases. The rest of the staff and financing was great to work with as well and very friendly. I look forward to building a relationship at Rapids Honda during future visits for maintenance and future purchases.

Jonathan Dahl made the buying process super smooth and fun - rather than sitting around waiting for hours he gave me a tour of the facility, cracked some witty jokes, and was totally okay with me having a fussy infant on the test drive. Saw a great advertised price for the type of car I was wanting, went in and although they were very busy and I had a little trouble getting a sales associate at first, but once were set up with Brittany (and Jorge I think was his name) we got things going and it was great.

Not thrilled with some of the automatically added services (glass, paint, and leather protection), but the price was great so even with those added we were excited about our deal.
