Chrysten, the salesman went above and beyond trying to help me find the right vehicle and spend countless hours helping me out. I highly recommend her to anyone. She made a very stressful process less stressful and with ease. Even after hours she would text me with updates and then to see how we are doing after purchase. It was almost like she was family to us. Then when it came to the paperwork Anthony also went above and beyond.

The car buying experience is the worst, especially when you’re in search of a used vehicle… but not at Ray Price Mt Pocono Chevrolet!
We had an awesome experience from beginning to end. After searching their inventory and finding a vehicle that met our criteria, I reached out online about the availability of the vehicle. Leigh Cox reached out to me shortly to let me know it was available and he could assist me with scheduling a test drive. Drove 2 hours to test drive but it was totally worth it. Got there close to closing time but Leigh was willing to show us the vehicle and give us some time with the vehicle. He was very informative about the vehicle itself but also the background details of their dealership and what you can expect when you purchase a car through them. That experience was enough for us to make a decision the same day and a day later, we came back to purchase the car. Leigh treated us with the upmost respect and even rolled out the red carpet for us. The signing of the paperwork was a breeze and less than an hour, we were driving off the lot with our new vehicle, 2018 BMW 4 Series xDrive Gran Coupe!!!
Thanks to Leigh Cox and the rest of the staff at Ray Price Mt Pocono Chevrolet for being understanding and caring of our needs and for making the car buying experience enjoyable. We hope to continue expanding on this relationship in the future as our needs will change.
