I went in for a routine oil change 2 to 3 months ago. The appointment took a long time and I complained. Unbeknownst to me, the dealership put in a new ignition that makes it hard for thieves to steal my vehicle. Yesterday I got ready to return home from vacation.  Someone attempted to steal my vehicle but because of the new ignition, they weren’t successful. I’m sending a big thank you to Kia West Indianapolis for making me wait. I appreciate you all.

Had a great experience buying my 2024 mazda 3 from these guys. It had 3900 miles and had just came in. None of us had a good chance to look at the car before I bought it and because of how quick the sale was there were some minor issues with the car that were missed.
