The application for financing was surprisingly smooth. I walked in with a lot of anxiety, and drove off the lot with my 2024 EV9! ???????? Ask for Chris or Frank. They ‘ll treat you like family.

Overall had a great experience. This is my 3rd brand new Kia Forte purchase in the span of less than 3 years (bad karma ????), each at a different dealership. The manager here, Frank, and salesman Dominic were both exceptional. This was the most seamless experience yet and we were in and out (ON A SATURDAY) in about 2-2.5 hours. Would highly recommend!!

From the service department with Alex made me feel like I was the only customer that he had. help explain everything to me got me over to the sales department where I was able to talk with Chris Kreft who helped me purchase a vehicle. he was very thorough explained everything to me and my wife,
and showed us everything about the car,  work with us and made us feel important and made us feel like there's no other dealership we would ever go to other than Raymond Kia.  When we got to talk with David Rich the delivery manager he walked us through everything for the warranties the extended warranty which we got as well as the undercoating for the car the importance of it why it's so necessary and we got it also and we will be getting the other ones as my money permits us to get the painting coating the inside the frame of the car to protect us from rust. He walked through everything it was a real education for me and we made great choices because of that.  It's the best customer service I've had in a very long time.

We purchased a new 24 Sportage and had an awesome experience. We did the negotiation on line and phone as we live 2 hours away. Once we arrived our vehicle was ready for a test drive and to sign paperwork. From entering the door everyone we came in contact with was polite and professional.
