My husband and I are currently shopping for a used Tesla.  We stopped here and were able to test drive 2 models that we are interested in.  The sales people had a very no pressure no hassle style.  They were knowledgeable about the cars and will contact us when they have what we are interested in on site.  One of their sales people communicated with us by text before our arrival.  I highly recommend this place because it is a much better experience than many of the places we have stopped.  The bathroom was clean too.

The best dealership I have been to. We are a military family and did a lot of research looking for the perfect car, and dealership since we are not familiar with the area. I’m so thankful for the other reviews because they helped us make the decision to check this place out. The staff was friendly, and really knowledgeable on the vehicles. They offered a lot of great advice to someone buying their first Tesla. I really appreciated that they were not pushy about buying their warranty, and how patient they were when we asked a million questions. I would recommend them to everyone I know, especially military families. The process was fast, and incredibly easy.

RDU Auto is amazing!

Yes, they are a dealership, but they really know how to treat people!  I was searching high and low for a Tesla Model S. I found a great deal on a vehicle that RDU auto had. The only problem was that I live 500 miles away. From the moment, I reached out to them they communicated openly and honestly on the phone and via text. They provided me with a detailed video of the vehicle, and answered all of my questions, so I was confident in placing a deposit and arranging my financing.

On the day that I went to pick up the vehicle, they were truly no pressure and gave me plenty of time to review the car and make sure that I was happy with it. They stood behind their word, and resolved any issues promptly and fairly. They really understand the vehicles they sell. So many dealerships have very little or no understanding about the features on a Tesla and they make finding out any information really difficult. Not these guys!  The fact that they are registered dealership and were able to offer the used EV tax credit at point of sale is another bonus to working with RDU.  They made my purchase, super smooth and easy. In my entire life, this is the only car buying experience that I can say that about.

One thing that I really was impressed by was the way they spoke to their customers. Everyone, not just me.  When I first arrived, there was an older woman talking with Omar. I overheard a part of the conversation as I was walking by and she was treated with kindness, patience, understanding, and no pressure. Since I was there for a bit while I was checking out my car, I witnessed everyone that walked in being treated with dignity and respect. Not what I would say any other dealerships that I have been to.

If you’re looking to buy a vehicle or buy a cool shirt :) you need to visit RDU Auto!  They are worth the trip from wherever you are to get a great deal on a used vehicle.

I still can’t believe how easy this transaction was for a high end car even when I live 3 states away.  Communication from Lily was top notch and once arrived, Omar was pure class and no pressure.  Price was so good, no need to negotiate.  Will reference any friends to buy from here and plan on using them for all my car needs in the future.  Thanks for the awesome car.
