Found car on cargurus, sales person was "Francine Beltempo" on her day off she stayed and walked me through not only the car I was looking at but other cars that were around also.  She was very knowledgeable with the vehicles and accessories. If she didn't know the answer she found it out for me right there. She was respectful of all my questions and insecurities with purchase. Again none of my previous car purchases have I had this experience.  There where no hidden agendas, laid it all out on table with coverage and what is specifically covered. Again if I had questions he would have a answer and go at my pace.
