If you’re buying a car from this location or if you see a car that you like at their Broad street location. I highly recommend that you have Jenna as your sales person. She is thoughtful, very thorough (she will look at every detail of a car inside and outside and will point out even the smallest imperfections and make sure they are resolved if you want the vehicle), she will go to the broad st location and sell you the car there (you have to specifically ask for this because their sister store doesn’t like to allow the midlothian store to sell their cars). She will make all calls and setup everything. Super friendly and an overall good person. I usually dislike dealing with sales people but not her. She made my experience great even though the broad st location delivered my car days later than expected. She was on them. 5 stars is because of Jenna

Went on a Saturday to purchase a BMW i4 that I found on their website. They were super helpful, let me reserve the car because I could only drive down to the dealership during the weekend. Balaji was very helpful, and answered my questions even during the off hours. The buying process felt a little on the longer side and they said that a lot of customers had come on that specific day and things were taking a little longer.
There was some curb crash damage on the two driver side wheels but they said that they will contact someone near my house to fix it for me and they will pay for it.
Because this is my first BMW, I was asking a lot of questions, and before I signed the papers with the finance person, I asked the dealer if there were any features that I can use now but that expire in a few months or years, and he told me that everything is standard, but the next day I was looking through the idrive system and noticed that there were a few things that did expire in 4 years. It's not a big deal but I would have liked to known that up front.

BMW Midlothian service department is top notch. I took my car for rear shock leak. Foreman Hector P explained the need for new shocks and made sure his tech did a thorough job of inspecting the vehicle for other issues.
Upon inspection, I was told that there was a radiator leak (Engine coolant low light) and worn thrust arm bushing. During a test drive it was noticed that there some misfire in the engine.
I received a detailed report within a day listing the issues. The tech who worked on my car Edward C took the time to go over each line item which helped me decide which items I wanted to tackle first. Ed did an amazing job on isolating the engine misfire issue and making an appropriate recommendation. During the entire process, I was not pressured to make a decision but Ed and Tim P the service advisor provided all the info to help make me an informed decision.
I was also given a brand new X3 loaner which gave me a piece of mind while the car was being worked on.
I received timely communication and the car was ready on the day it was promised. Overall a great crew at the service department. I would definitely take my car back again.
