It started with just being sincere in our conversation and showing me the truck I wanted to see with no pressure. When he went on vacation we kept in touch with plans to reconnect once he returned. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had.  A big shoutout to Nikki, Tank, Gene, Jason, and the financing team for their customer service that went above and beyond what was necessary.  My process for buying a car began in the fall of 2023, I informed them of what I wanted and what my budget was.  We kept in contact over the months and they let me know they were still looking, in May 2024, a car came in that checked all the boxes and was within my budget.  They informed me they had received a trade-in, we spoke about the vehicle as it was going through their service checks, spoke about the budget, applied for financing, I went in for a test drive just to make sure, and then I was out with my new vehicle in just over (2) hours, that was coming in, checking in, test drive, them reviewing my trade-in, and completing the necessary paperwork.
