This was a great purchase experience.  I saw the car I wanted while visiting my daughter in Colorado. They had several of the desired models in stock and worked to give me every discount available.  The communication was top tier from beginning to end and the price was unbeatable.  To top it off there were no silly dealer fees tacked on like so many others do.  When in the market again I will have no problem being a return customer.

She guided me through the entire process with warmth, kindness, and hospitality.  She took the time to thoughtfully answer all of my questions, and was never pushy.

While at the dealership I interacted with several other team members too.  The entire crew was friendly and fun - we laughed together a lot.  It's a great group of people.

The space itself was beautiful and bright, and offered several tasty amenities to make me comfortable while waiting for each step of the process to wrap up.

I'm now driving a gorgeous Volvo XC90 - which has been a dream car for a long time.  When it comes time to buy another vehicle I'll definitely be giving Cristina a call, and returning to Rickenbaugh Volvo!
