I recently bought a 19 year old truck, sight unseen from Rideout Motors. Besides the pictures that were shown on the website, I never physically seen the vehicle, got to test drive it or even hear it start up and run! After having a few conversations with Tim, the owner, about the truck, I felt comfortable enough and trusted him on his word that the truck was in overall great condition for its age. I decided to purchase it over the phone. I arranged to have it delivered 1300 miles on a trailer from UT to MN. From the beginning, Tim was honest and straightforward about the truck. A couple days later my truck arrived, and after seeing it in person for the first time, it was everything he said it was with no surprises. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Tim. I bought an EZ-GO golf cart from Rideout and my family loves it! I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing this review just to have time to use it and give honest feedback. For the last few weeks of school 2 of my kids would wake up early just to ride on the cart to take my oldest to school…every single morning. We’ve probably put 100+ miles on it in the past 2 months and have had zero issues. Love the wheels and rear facing bench, we have a blast on this thing! I didn’t even know lithium battery conversion kits existed before I went to look at this one, and it’s been one of my favorite things about the golf cart. I can check the battery level from an app on my phone, never have to worry about filling it with distilled water like the classic lead acid ones. I added a light bar on front and tail lights on the back, but other than that it hasn’t needed anything else! My only complaint is that the parking brake is really sensitive and sometimes disengages if I park on a hill. I’m sure I’ll get around to fixing that, but other than that I have no complaints. Have been referring friends to go check out their carts.
