When I arrived for my service Rebecca went out of her way to acknowledge my husband and I.   I headed to the desk where Jose and his amazing smile and warm personality sit and was greeted by name even though we are not frequent visitors!  My car was washed and then taken in for an oil change and tire rotation.   I entered the service area and I  got to meet Peyton in person.   He was VERY accommodating and courteous!  I have to say that Rimrock Subaru has an amazing  staff and I always walk away from a visit to your establishment feeling better than when I walked in.

We could not have been more pleased with our service at Rimrock Subaru. We started experiencing issues of cutting out (stuttering) on hills south of Billings about 2 hours into a long road trip and were very worried about the BIG HILLS  we needed to go over to get to Tacoma.  We called ahead and Shawn told us he'd make every effort to get us in and out to continue our trip. We were on our way after an hour, the Ascent no longer stuttered, it was a great place to hang out, they treated our dog great and we were 7 miles short of 1000 miles for the day.

I was travelling and needed an oil change.  Jessie and his team got me in and took care of me quickly.  They were proffesional and treated me like one of their regular customers eventhough they would probably never see me again.  Class act and made me so glad to be a Subaru customer.  They were awesome.

Got told I was approved for a 2020 Subaru Outback and got sent home in it while I sat there 5 hrs after just getting off that morning from my shift. I go in the next day after my shift to sign papers and put my down payment and get told I was no longer approved? My heart shattered,  I wasn’t expecting anything like that as I was supposed to sign, pay and leave. Well sat there for ANOTHER 5 hrs and then was approved for another vehicle and it has just been a headache and stressful! Well I had my salesman check 4 times to make sure so I wasn’t leaving and then getting a call with the same thing. THIS had nothing to do with the salesman as he had no idea what had happened as we both found out at the same time! John Jefferson is an amazing car salesman and I truly hope the financing part fixes this so it doesn’t happen again!
