Sales person Trina King treated us with the greatest respect and made us feel we were the only customer in the dealership very efficient. Alex did a great job preparing the paper work made sure we understood what we were signing most definitely happy with the service. The only thing I don't agree with I believe we should have received two keys for the vehicle all vehicles I have purchased before had two keys

Super positive experience buying a new Buick. Everyone there is low pressure and listened to us. Even the finance guy. And if you have bought a few cars you know they can be pushy sometimes with warranties and gap and whatever else. I would definitely buy from them again. Our Salesman was Jay.

I went to the dealership to purchase a certified vehicle…salesman Jeff Hall offered an amount plus my trade..it was not doable for me so I left and later in the week Jeff contacted me and we made a more favorable deal…thanks to him. The trade and purchase was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Jeff stayed with me every step of the way…made sure I understood the car and that it was absolutely perfect. He will be my go to person if I ever decide to make a purchase in the future…he is an asset to the dealership and definitely 5 stars. I want to also add that the paperwork in the finance dept was extremely quick…not an all day like I have experienced in the past.

TURNING A BAD SITUATION INTO A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I have a 2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV and the vacuum pump went bad. I contacted the dealership and was told to bring it in. I was worried as we had a vacation planned in a week and knowing I needed to replace the vacuum pump, and potentially a brake booster, was worried that we might not make it. I made the trip to the service department at Ritchie Cadillac. When I got there, I was greeted promptly and with a welcoming smile by Service Writer Robert Rodriguez. I was under the impression that the pump would be covered by Cadillac, but unfortunately I was 1,500 miles over the deadline for the repair. It wasn't a recall, it was some sort of warranty exemption due to the part failing. Needless to say I was not a very happy camper. Robert told me he would see what he could do to solve the issue, and that he would try his best to come to some sort of resolution that I would be happy with.

Without getting into the specifics, Robert was able to reach who he needed to, think outside the box and handle the repairs needed. Although the warranty was ultimately refused by Cadillac and I did need to get a brake booster as well, I did end up coming out of pocket.  This was not an inexpensive job, but I was very happy with the way Robert handled the situation, my concerns, and left me feeling confident that he did all he could. The best part of the whole transaction, he blew me away when he told me he would have it completed SAME DAY!

I would recommend Ritchie Cadillac to anyone in the market for a Cadillac, but more importantly to any that needs service on one. Robert is a shining example of their commitment to quality customer care and maintaining brand loyalty. He went miles beyond where most would stop trying, and has earned a lifelong customer for himself and the dealership. Kudos to the Management for the way you train and empower your staff, it makes a world of difference. Thank you Robert!
