I scheduled my appointment online. I then received a confirmation email, text and two phone calls. A little excessive! Only to receive another email a couple days later with a different date and time then I had scheduled. I had to call and question why? They had no idea. My original appointment was no longer available and I had to choose a different time. What good is a confirmation if it gets changed by your system.
The actual appointment went smoothly. They got me in and done quickly. I appreciate the $25.00 off coupon that was emailed prior and I was happy it was attached to my vin number so it was easy for your staff to locate.
