Oh my gosh, this was hands down the best car experience I have ever had.
Joe was extremely welcoming,  knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Garrett in finance was so incredible with walking through my paperwork and ensuring the best rates possible for me.

Paul was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure I had the information I needed and that I understood the process. He didn't pressure me or spring any surprises, and as a result I got the exact car I wanted and I felt good about the buying experience.

I saw a used Dodge Charger online that was in immaculate condition for being a 2014. I parked at the Hyundai dealer, not sure where the place to purchase was. I was greeted very promptly by an energetic, friendly, and articulate man named Joey Coleman.

Joey Coleman has to be the most knowledgeable, patient, and best practiced car salesman I have ever met.

Right away, he cleared up any confusion I had about where the purchase was and made it incredibly easy and simple to get a test drive. I am an engineer and tradesman with mechanic experience. I thoroughly examined the Charger and questioned Joey, who was clearly spoken with years of history and knowledge about the components and longevity of this particular vehicle.

After my inspection, we got in for a test drive, and we had a light on for low gas in the tank. Surprising to me, Joey decides to pay for a 1/4 tank and let me go on the interstate. Wow, I was so impressed, no groveling, nothing, purely willing to make this transaction the smoothest it could be. He was so responsive to my every question about the vehicle. He elaborated in great detail about his personal history with similar vehicles and vehicles he personally owns that use the same components. This really granted me some insight into how I could expect this investment to last me.

Joey went above and beyond in every process of this transaction. He literally got me the perfect size piece cardboard to crawl under the vehicle while I took 15 minutes with an LED flashlight to inspect every bolt, hose, and member under the vehicle. He was patiently answering all of my concerns with my gear head mentor on the phone with me. The confidence he has to take care of any concerns is amazing. He was totally willing to help me out in any manner to tighten up details of the vehicle I had voiced.

During our transaction doing all the paperwork, he was walking from place to place, talking to person after person to ensure that we could seal the deal in the exact manner I asked for.

Overall, he made this experience really comfortable and enjoyable, way more than I have ever felt a salesperson do when purchasing a vehicle.

The positive sense and rapport with Joey helped with everyone I interacted with as a part of this transaction. He introduced me to everyone before having them help me, as a mediary, and brought assurance to me that I was safe in trusting this business with a large dollar amount purchase such as a vehicle. My easy going attitude and  common cord strokes allowed for me to work a better deal when coming to finalizing my purchase. I ended up getting an amazing value from not only the dealership with the car but also bonus packages added were at a value cost.

The multiple people I did interact with had all been with Larson (Dealership) for at least 3 years. They all exclaimed that it was a place they felt very good about working at, and it showed.

The bottom line is, Joey, wow, he works not only hard but smart, goes well above and beyond his job title.

I drove 2 hours to be completely surprised as I was dreading another car lot experience.  Larson Dealers has great values for vehicles if you know what you're looking for and you can express yourself clearly to make it known what you want.
