I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of.

A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated.

The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer.

Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business.

I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form. Customer service was superb! Brian, Sam, Chance, Rose, and Hon were all amazing and treated us like family! It’s so refreshing to have a Volkswagen dealership locally that GETS it and wants to do the best they can for each and every customer that walks through the door!

Let me start off by saying that the vibe at this location, the setup, heck the entire building looks and feels amazing!!!! I’ve been tied to VW since 2018 and yesterday I decided for my birthday I would trade in my 2021 atlas for a 2025 atlas! Now there was one location that almost made me say forget it all but then came Chance and my girl Rachel over at Rockwall County VW! The process was simple, I didn’t have to wait forever like a certain other dealership I won’t mention BUT it was the best 2 hrs of my life and I got EXACTLY what I wanted with all the amazing features! Chance was one of the most coolest salesperson I’ve ever met minus Rachel and my girl Aaron and Luke and the list goes on! One thing about me once I’m used to a certain person or place ima always stick with them! And I knew there was a reason my credit wouldn’t unlock for the other dealership! Thank you God and my wife for the signs!!! I literally drove an hour away and got the best experience of my life! Other VWs around need to take note seriously AGAIN not mentioning anyone but they will ALWAYS get my service!!
