I called Rodland Toyota out of pure frustration with Toyota and their allocation process. I had my heart set on a 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid Max. I was told at another dealership that I couldn’t put a deposit down and felt like I was wasting time being on their waitlist for 2 months. When I called, I spoke with Daryl who was absolutely amazing and worked with me to figure out what I wanted and how he could help find me my new car. I put a deposit down on a Toyota grand Highlander hybrid that day and was told they had one on the way. 2 weeks later, I am in my new Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Limited. Daryl was up front, never gave me a sales pitch, friendly, and so easy to work with. I was blown away at the difference in service from the dealerships I was dealing with compared to Rodland. If you are looking for a car, Rodland is amazing and Daryl is wonderful to work with. You won’t be disappointed!

I was not looking forward to the process of buying a new car but from the minute I walked in Salesman Rob Olsen made the process pleasant! He was knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He helped me pick the right 4Runner for me and took the time to show me how to use all the features!! Marcus, the manager, did everything he could to make sure that I secured a good loan and helped me figure out my financial issues. Lastly, Brandon in the finance department,  was great at explaining all the different extended warranties and helped me pick the best one for me.
