I was approved through Honda financing at a great apr. found the color car I wanted which was this beautiful civic sport, worked with Elica who so the best. When I came to pick it up the financing declined and they went to bat to get it back and fought for it to be approved. Now I am the proving owner of the exact car I wanted great price too. They even filled it up and stayed 2 hours late to wrap it up for me. Let me start by saying I had no intentions of buying this car when I test drove it. It was over my budget, but I wanted to get a feel for the type of car so I knew if it was worth it to make the trip up to Portland to buy a similar vehicle. The salesperson (Hayden?) made no attempt to pressure me, which was so nice and unlike most experiences I’ve had with dealerships. I left that night and couldn’t get the car out of my head, so I went back the next day and bought it! When running the application, I was given a decent rate for the economy’s current state, but midway through the paperwork, Aaron came in and said to hold up because he just found me a better rate! Unfortunately, less than a week later, I got notification that the 12v battery was dying. I drive it in and Roseburg Honda was able to get me in the next day to replace it for free! Icing on the cake: they washed the car for me after the battery was replaced. I’m so thrilled with the way it went down and I absolutely love this car. By the way, they have a great kids area in the waiting room, too.
