I will echo what thousands of people have already said about the incredible service offered. When it comes to getting your vehicle serviced there are usually two types of people:
1. People who are convinced that the only way to increase the longevity of the vehicle is to get it serviced by people who work directly at the dealership that sells them.
2. People who feel that the prices at dealerships are too expensive and that local repair shops are just as knowledgeable and also much cheaper.

I will simply say this...
Going to a local service repair shop vs going to a place as experienced as Royal Honda is like going to an urgent care center vs an actual hospital.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Royal Honda and have never received the level of communication and updates with any other service as I have with them. There is no price you can put on sanity and peace of mind.

Simply said... if you own a Honda and want it to last as long as their reputation has shown... you want to go to Royal Honda.

I have had some terrible experiences with dealership service over the years so much that I just figured that’s the way it is and always will be. Well, I was wrong! The service team at Royal Honda has restored my confidence. Yesterday morning, my car would not start so I had it towed to the nearest Honda Dealership. Before I even received the arrival confirmation text from the tow truck, I received a call from (my tech) Herman asking me about the issue and assuring me they would get to the bottom of it quickly. Based on my previous experiences (with different dealerships), I was assuming I’d be without a car for days and paying money I couldn’t afford for something I wasn’t even sure was wrong. I took note of the time, prepared myself to call back before the end of the day for an update, used to being transferred around a couple of time, being left on hold, or promised a call back that would never come. Again, before I could even stress about the money I was undoubtedly going to have to come up with, Herman was calling to let me know they figured out the issue and a way to save me money. Unbelievable in the best way possible, Royal Honda and the service team there deserve all the stars!!! I could be wrong but I think they washed my car too, it seems shinier. I hope to not need them again anytime soon, but if I do, I’m confident in the service I’ll receive. Thank you Herman!!!
