We purchased a brand new vehicle and were driving it home (Missouri to Alabama) when we encountered an issue with the engine. We were advised not to continue driving and found Royal Oaks to be the nearest dealership we could safely get to. This was 5p on a Friday afternoon, I wouldn’t want to be stuck at work either but the staff there were so patient and helpful. They had us pull the vehicle into the service department, even went so far as to troubleshoot some issues with my husband, staying far later than they normally would have. They were patient, kind, and understanding. I wish I had gotten their names but I was in our older vehicle with our kids.

They not only fixed the issue but continued to communicate with us on the status of our vehicle. They followed up with the dealership that sold it to us. They followed up with GM customer service and, once it was fixed, coordinated with GM to get our vehicle delivered directly to our front door, nearly 240 miles away. We are so grateful for them and will recommend them to everyone. ??????????

Had a check engine light on, needed an oil change as well.  They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and changed oil.  This was all done with professionalism, and politeness as well as efficiency.   All things I appreciate at a car service department.   Will most certainly use their services again.
