I am a new owner of a 10 year old Volvo that needed to be serviced and checked over to ensure everything was in working order. The service specialist, Steve, was helpful from the start offering a free Uber ride since my car needed to be in the shop most of the day. One issue was found and resolved quickly. The service center is spacious and a nice place to be with very good free lattes and comfortable seating. They also washed my car before it was returned. I have never had such a positive experience having a car repaired. I highly recommend Rusnak Volvo!

Every person I spoke to from booking the appointment, to the receiving agent when I pulled up, to the person who discussed the service plan, to the cashier, I checked out with, provided absolute exceptional customer service. It was excellent to get a service apt with 1 day notice and my 1st choice requested time of 8:30 drop off.  They did not get 5 stars due to the misquoted and long duration of the routine 40k mile visit. The lady on the phone quoted 3 hrs. The man I turned my car into said 5 hours. It actually took 7 hours, putting me right into rush hour traffic to pick it up after having the care gone all day. The duration was very inconvenient. But it overall very positive experience with a one-way trip, Uber courtesy drive upon drop off and a nice car wash upon pick up. Rosie.
