We purchased our used Lexus from Tarr Hyundai almost a year ago. Recently it was making a strange noise from the front end very concerning, we were torn as to where to bring it to have it looked at, Lexus dealership or where we purchased it. I called Tarr Hyundai and spoke with service advisor Marcus Nichols. He was extremely reassuring, polite and professional. I was very comfortable making an appointment to have my car looked at. The service department was terrific! The technician Jeff that looked at our car was also extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He Located a rock wedged between the frame and control arm bushing and fixed the problem fairly quickly. we so appreciate his expertise as well as Tarr Hyundai. I recently had to go vehicle shopping after totaling mine due to a collision with a deer. I ended up at Tarr Dealership in Morristown and was very pleased with my interaction front the start until finish. My salesperson was Dustin and he let me look and drive whatever I wanted. He explained and answered all my questions and those I didn’t even know to ask. He’s a terrific young man and should be training all car salespeople. He helped me with my choices where I struggled and I ended up very happy. The finance guy was super as well and I can see why they’ve been in business for so long. Ask for Dustin. The best place to get a  car.
David and  Brandon are  who I have  used but everyone  there is Amazing and  honest and trustworthy and  helpful.  I love  this place  so much  that I  have  got cars for my  mother and sister  there and my own  car.
They really  take care of  there customers.  They service  the cars and keep  them  running  like new. They are not  out for  them  selves or a sale but a real  friend ship.   Must go check them out.
