I just had the most wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. I originally was just looking into a 2024 Buick Envista to test drive because I have been looking at the car for the past three months. I have had my 2018 Chevrolet Cruze For the past five years, and I was ready to start the process of eventually trading it in. Allan Was my sales agent and he was absolutely amazing and helpful. He was very insightful during our test drive, and was able to help me with the trade-in process substantially. He was such an asset to my car, buying journey and extremely helpful in the process that I decided to sign for the car today. Our sales person Scott Moore went above and beyond. My elderly mother needed a new car and I was unable to be there to help her through this process. I called Scott, selected the car, negotiated a great price over the phone. He was waiting for my mom when she arrived and patiently walked her through the test drive and paperwork. He showed her how everything worked in the car and helped her set everything for her needs. He volunteered to help her return her rental car at the local enterprise office.
