Professional, but courteous and friendly. Mr. Hawkins (the salesman) listened to my concerns and needs, and provided 4 options within my price range. I chose a vehicle that had not been serviced for resale or repair,  so I had to wait 6 days to take possession of the vehicle. The wait was worth the wait. New parts were added and it was cleaned with a full tank of gas. The vehicle runs, drives, and rides nicely.

Scotty is a great person, very blunt and transparent. Not once did I feel like I was getting the awful car dealership tropes one usually expects. The sale was easy, painless, and I got the car I wanted. I came in wanting a telluride, and left in a Sorento... Which fits exactly what I wanted. The telluride was just way too big for me. The following day Scotty actually came to my residence to take my Optima as agreed upon, no issues with the trade in even with the optima not present during the actual sale. While he was picking up the optima, he checked in to make sure I was still loving my car and helped me figure out a feature on the kia app I was finding difficult to operate.
Highly recommend Scotty, he made my husband and I feel like family.
