I bought my car just over a year ago and was due for service I had been going by the miles on the vehicle not realizing the terms of the service agreement were within 12 months. After contacting George H my sales associate, leaving a message and never getting a call back after almost 2 weeks knowing my appt was coming up I called again a few times and then thankfully got in touch with the right people.
